  • Over 30 years of information technology and accounting experience.

  • Over 15 years of Oracle applications experience.

Project Management

  • Implemented enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer resource management (CRM), and manufacturing software packages by Oracle Corporation. Also, managed the implementation of PeopleSoft’s HR package.

  • Worked directly with CEO’s, COO’s, CFO’s, and other key executives to implement strategic, cost-effective solutions using either existing or new technology and/or re-engineering existing processes.

  • Determined the return on investment (ROI) on projects and managed their budgets.

  • Conducted technical and functional facilitated sessions for business and technical process re-engineering. This resulted in solutions, which followed “best practices”, GAAP, GASB, and GAAS.

  • Merged functional requirements and technology by improving cross-divisional communications.

  • Developed and managed the TemporaryCIO.com website, which was mentioned in The Dallas Business Journal in 1999.

  • Evaluated, selected, and implemented high availability client/server and web-based technical infrastructures with clustering capabilities to prevent system failures.

  • Developed enterprise wide data backup strategies for desktops, laptops, and servers.
